It's been a while-- I have been incredibly busy at work-- and between these "Two-a- Days" I am doing have had little time to blog.
Now-- when I say "two-a-days" I don't mean running "twice a day". I know, that's what I had planned to do-- but because I am also working to build muscle my "two-a-days" mean weightlifting during lunch hour and running after work . It's been going well and I am very happy to report each compliments the other quite well.
It's Thursday and I am up to 25 miles already-- I am shooting to add another 15 by Saturday.
Will let you know how it all works out-- but so far so good.
Sorry for not checking out your blogs-- I plan on catching up over the next few days.

ReplyDeleteThat's a good way to go. When you add running into your two-a-days, you can two a mile or two on the treadmill before your weight training.
ReplyDeleteI just realized that I need to add some weight/core training as well. Keep us posted on your progress. (Just found your blog and am enjoying it.)
