Just a quick post today to wish Sara Jones from Rookie on the Run good luck. She will be taking part in the San Diego Rock n Roll marathon-- something she has worked very hard for!!!!

Patrick - I'm not doing any weights. Just some typical core strengthening exercises - planks, crunches, etc.
ReplyDeleteThe leg lifts I do are just lie on my back, lift both feet (keeping my legs straight) about 12 inches off the ground and hold. I can really feel it in my lower abs....
