I'm not really sure what is going on in the first picture. Is that person sleeping? Concentrating? Trying to impersonate a fireman (and doing a bad job at it)? What did you attempt to do? :)
This children's book way of blogging really has something! It's clear! Concise! Great for an early morning brain!
I had a friend of mine on my radio program last night talking about rest days and how important they are. He said that's when all the body's real work gets done. Argh... Such a spoiled sport!

Ack-upper body workouts. To say I'm weak in that area is an understatement. What can I say-I'm a woman!
